The China International Health Industry Expo (CIHIE Health Expo) will be held in Chengdu in 2025. Approved by China’s Ministry of Commerce and jointly organized by multiple authoritative institutions including the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, it has successfully held 34 editions since its inception in 2003. The exhibition is expected to cover an area of 25,000 square meters, attract over 500 companies, and more than 50,000 professional visitors. It covers areas such as medical technology, health management, and healthcare nutrition, aiming to build a health ecosystem and promote trade and cooperation1.
At the 4th China International Health Industry Conference held in Nanchang in June 2025, the Hong Kong Polytechnic University displayed multiple innovative medical technologies, including an AI-powered fundus camera, an ankle rehabilitation robot, and a wireless handheld ultrasound device for fatty liver assessment. These technologies aim to improve medical efficiency and quality, such as an AI-assisted drug development platform and an e-reading therapy app for dementia caregivers
